Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and attending ICONS LIVE at Holdenby House, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are issued by Xplosive Events Ltd, trading as Xplosive Events.

Tickets

• All tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by the organiser.
• Tickets are non-transferable and must not be resold for commercial gain without prior written consent from the organiser.
• The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder.
• Under-18s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
• Children under 5 are not permitted unless otherwise stated.

Event information

• This is an outdoor event and will proceed in most weather conditions. Please dress appropriately.
• Event line-ups, timings, attractions and entertainment may be subject to change without notice.
• The organiser reserves the right to amend the event programme where reasonably necessary.

Admission & security

• All attendees may be subject to security searches upon entry.
• Any person behaving in a dangerous, disruptive or anti-social manner may be refused entry or removed from the event without refund.
• Illegal substances, weapons, fireworks, smoke devices, laser pens and any dangerous items are strictly prohibited.

Alcohol & food

• Strictly no alcohol may be brought into the event.
• Bag searches will be in operation.
• Alcohol purchased off-site may be confiscated.
• Small picnics and snacks are permitted for personal consumption.
• A variety of bars and food vendors will be available on site.

Seating, gazebos & equipment

• Folding chairs and picnic blankets are permitted.
• Gazebos are only permitted with a valid Gazebo Pitch Permit and must not exceed 3m × 3m.
• Gazebos may only be erected within designated gazebo areas.
• The organiser reserves the right to request removal of any structure deemed unsafe or obstructive.

Parking

• Vehicles are parked entirely at the owner’s risk.
• A valid parking pass must be purchased in advance where required.
• Overnight parking or camping is not permitted unless specifically authorised.

Photography & media

• The event may be filmed or photographed for promotional purposes.
• By attending the event you consent to the use of your image in event photography and video content.

Liability

• Attendees enter the event site at their own risk.
• The organiser accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property.
• Nothing within these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

General

• Please follow all instructions from event staff, stewards and security personnel.
• The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the event site at their discretion where necessary for safety, security or operational reasons.
